This dry riesling was harvested form a cool, late ripening vineyard. It was fermented in large neutral puncheons with native yeast and minimal intervention. Candied lemon, lime, granny smith apple and sweet basil combine with bright acidity and focus for an extremely versatile and delicious wine.
