Made to embody the lighter-bodied styles from the Mediterranean, this Rosé is composed of Grenache, Tempranillo, and Pinot Noir. The fruit is intently whole cluster pressed and fermented to complete dryness in stainless steel over a period of 30 days. The wine is then racked off the lees and aged for an extended period of 6 months in stainless before bottling.
The color is a light and vibrant pink. Melon rind and bright raspberry fruit dominate the aromatics, leading into a crushable and fresh Rose that carries energy for days.
