Around 80% Merlot 20% Cabernet Sauvignon
This red blend comes from south-facing vines planted in volcanic soils with an average age of 15 years. Hand-picked grapes (35% whole cluster) undergo fermentation for 2 weeks with 4 daily pumping over. Aging in oak barrels for 12-24 months. The wine then ages in bottle for at least 4 months.
