VARIETAL COMPOSITION: A blend of Syrah and Petite Sirah.
VINEYARD: The grapes come from a south-facing vineyard in Colli Euganei with limestone and red clay soils.
FERMENTATION: Traditional fermentation takes place with 4 pump-overs per day for 20 days in temperature controlled vats.
AGING: The wine is aged in 500L used tonneaux for 36-48 months, aging in bottles for at least 6 months.
