100% Moscato Bianco

VINEYARD This naturally sweet wine is from the thin skinned Muscat Canelli, picked 3 weeks after regular harvest for enhanced ripeness. These grapes are not picked with botrytis.

VINIFICATION After withering on the vine, the grapes are pressed and ferment in stainless steel with temperature control, up to an alcohol content of 12,5-13°. Aged 8 months in stainless steel, then at least 8 months in bottle.
