VARIETAL 100% Moscato Giallo (Orange Muscat)

VINEYARD This dessert wine comes from east-facing vines planted in volcanic soils with an average age of 35 years.

VINIFICATION Crushing and pressing after 4 months of drying the fruit. Long and slow fermentation in oak barrels for about 18 months. Aging period of 12 months in barrel and 6 months in bottle.
