The Ranch bottling is made up of nearly three forths Cabernet Sauvignon, with blends of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot included. All grapes are grown on the Perlite, sandy soils of the property. After harvest the wine ferments in stainless steel tanks, using only naturally occurring yeast. The wine is then aged in French oak for 19 months.
