VINEYARD The grapes for this wine are grown on the Isole e Olena estate's 49 hectares of vineyards, five of which are planted to Cabernet Sauvignon. The vineyards face southwest and are situated on the Western boarder of the Chianti Classico zone, approximately 350-400 meters above sea level.

VINIFICATION 100% barrel aged: 40% new oak (French and 20% American) for 24 months. The wine is released 2 years after bottling and has the potential to age well for up to 15 years.
