VINEYARD: Located in Tuscany, consisting of five different clones from Burgundy (planted at a density of 5,000 vines per hectare), harvested since 1994.
FERMENTATION: Fermented in Barrel, occasional stirring of lees.
AGING: On the lees in one third new oak barrels for approximately 10 months.
