100% Pinot Noir
Vines grow on chalky-clay soils. Vinification begins with fermentation in tank with 12 days of maceration. The cap is punched and pumped over twice daily to extract maximum color and tannin from the skins. Following malolactic fermentation, the wine ages for 6 to 8 months in Tronçais forest oak barrels (1/3 of which are replaced annually).
