This Riesling embodies the delicate and racy characteristics of traditional, slate-soil Mosel vineyards at a very affordable price for every day enjoyment. The grapes are farmed sustainably in accordance with the strict German environmental regulations. The grapes are hand selected during harvest before fermenting in 100% stainless steel; which is stopped by chilling. 

Aromatically this wine is citrus driven with notes of daisy's and honeysuckle. The palate is bright and only slightly off dry, with zesty flavors of pink grapefruit as well as a steely finish that leaves the mouth watering.
