The esteemed Graillot family recently acquired 8 hectares of Beaujolais in the crus of Saint Amour (in the climat of Côte de Besset) and Fleurie, that they named Domaine de Fa. One of the highest elevation vineyards of the Beaujolais appellation near Saint-Amour and Julienas, 'En Besset' is certified organic, in conversion to biodynamic.
VINIFICATION Fruit is whole cluster pressed and spends 8 to 9 days of maceration on the skins. The wine is aged 10 months part in concrete tanks and part in 30 hl large barrels
