Randall Grahm’s annual Rhône ode delivers authenticity, beginning with tarry aromas of singed meat, dried red plums, crushed rocks, charred wood and a hint of blood. The blend of 57% Grenache, 17% Cinsault, 16% Mourvèdre and 10% Syrah is visceral on the palate with its bloody and dried meat flavors, yet with snappy red fruit that stays vibrant into the rusty finish.
