The fruit comes from the Texas Ranch on the west side of Paso Robles and is a combination of Grenache and Mourvèdre. Upon harvest, the grapes are lightly and gently whole cluster with no skin contact. The fermentation process occurred in old, neutral puncheons in a cool cellar. Malolactic fermentation occurred in slight lees-stirring.
