Pale straw-gold. High-pitched citrus and orchard fruits scents show sharp delineation and pick up a floral aspect with air. Dry, taut and chewy on the palate, offering refreshingly bitter pear skin, quince and lemon rind flavors and a subtle touch of fennel. Closes dry and firm, with very good persistence and a faint suggestion of honeysuckle.
