Made up entirely of Tempranillo from proprietary vineyards planted in Valley of Valdizarbe, Navarra DO, the vines were planted back in 1989. D.O. Navarra. They grow along hillsides of red and gray marl with high drainage. After harvest, the grapes are lightly crushed before seeing a 3-5 day cold maceration. They then ferment in stainless steel, seeing a total maceration of 20 days. The wine ages 2 months in steel with stirring in of lees before being bottled.
