The Chardonnay comes from proprietary vineyards in the Valley of Valdizarbe, where the vines were planted in 1992 hillside upon soils composed of red and gray marl. Upon harvest, the grapes are sorted then seeing a cold maceration for a couple of hours before undergoing fermentation entirely in French oak. The wine is aged for three months in French oak barrels before bottling.
