SOIL Slate and granite topsoil with a thing clay subsoil
VINIFICATION AND AGING 28 days of whole cluster maceration, followed by fermentation. Wine is then pressed and aged in 500 LO French oak barrels for 15 months. 1 month of natural decantation until bottling.
