The 2019 Rausch Riesling Kabinett is intense yet refined and lofty on the nose. Round and sweet on the palate, with a touch of oak, this is a textured and mouth-filling Kabinett with good concentration and nice salinity. This is more lush and concentrated than the Saarburg Kabinett but, at least for the moment, not more Kabinett. 8.5% alcohol. Tasted from AP 05-20 in April 2020.
