VARIETAL: 100% Garganega VINEAYRD: 2 hectare La Broia vineyard planted on alluvial soils. FERMENTATION: 80% of production in barrique and 22 hl barrels, 20% is fermented in stainless steel. Malolactic fermentation mostly in barrique. AGING: Surlie for 12 months in barrels of 5° and 6° passage, 3-4 year-old 22 hl barrels in Slavonian oak. 6 months in bottle.
