Reuling Clone âLâ is 60% whole-cluster, Calera clone is 30% whole-cluster and Reuling Clone âRâ is 30% whole-cluster. All 3 clones are fermented in separate tanks with 100% native or indigenous yeasts, no cold soak for a 16 day fermentation. The wine is barrel-Aged for 10 months in oak (33% new, 66% used).
