Vineyards sit at altitudes of 980 m (3200 ft) in Agrelo and 1200 m (3900 ft) in Valle de Uco.
Hand-harvested fruit ferments in a combination of stainless steel tanks, concrete pools and French oak barrels. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation occurs in French oak barrels followed by oak aging for 12 months in French oak (50% new, 50% second use). (6000 cs)
