Wine Advocate
Pulenta Estate, 2017 Pulenta La Flor Malbec

"The youthful and fruit-driven 2017 La Flor Malbec was produced with grapes from vineyards in two different zones of Mendoza, with only half of the wine matured in barrel for four to six months. La Flor is a line of young wines that aim for fruit and typicity, with a good quality-to-price rapport—wines that are easy to drink and have some complexity but are still easy to understand. This tries to show the best of Mendoza, with very floral, elegant notes and sweet tannins from Agrelo and more freshness and minerality from Los Árboles, which is higher in altitude. This is very complete and pleasant, balanced and gentle."
