James Suckling
Viña Cobos, 2013 Bramare Malbec Zingaretti Vineyard

"Beautiful aromas of blackberry, blueberry and walnut shell. Hints of cloves too. Stone. Full body, tight and fruity with silky tannins that have an austerity and focus. Just starting to open now. But why wait?"
Wine Spectator
Viña Cobos, 2013 Bramare Malbec Zingaretti Vineyard

"A big, strapping red, filled with dark plum, dried blackberry and cherry tart flavors that feature accents of dried beef and mocha. The plush finish has Asian spice and bittersweet chocolate notes, supported by firm and fresh tannins. Drink now through 2022. 38 cases imported."
Viña Cobos, 2013 Bramare Malbec Zingaretti Vineyard

"Bright full ruby. Sexy, higher-pitched aromas of black raspberry, mocha and leather convey a distinctly wild element. Complex, soil-inflected flavors of dark berries, leather, coffee and mocha. Sweet, suave, highly concentrated wine with a silky texture and firm but ripe, harmonious tannins. Another couple years of bottle aging should be rewarded."
