2015 Paul Hobbs 'CrossBarn' Chardonnay Sonoma Coast
Paul Hobbs Winery

Hand-harvested fruit is carefully picked from selected vineyards within the Sonoma Coast appellation.

Fruit is whole-cluster pressed and fermented in 80% tank and 20% neutral Frenck oak barrels using native and selected yeasts and 100% malolactic fermentation.
