100% Nebbiolo comes from 4 plots (3.2 ha) in La Morra and Barolo with soils of sand and calcareous. Hand-harvested grapes are destemmed and undergo temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel with frequent pumpovers. After a long maceration on the skins for up to 300 hours, the wine is racked into barrels for the natural malolactic fermentation. The wine then ages in cask for 24 months, stainless steel for 2 months and bottle for 6 months. (1600 cases)
