"The 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon Rockpile Ridge Vineyard shows plenty of crushed rock, blueberry and blackberry, a full-bodied, beautiful sweetness on the mid-palate, and a dry, structured, ripe tannic finish. This is a strong Sonoma Cabernet Sauvignon that should evolve nicely for at least two decades. " –Mar 2016

Following an outstanding vintage, 2013 is also exceptional, showing greater focus and more intensity. The tannins are fine grained and the wines are more linear than their broad shouldered predecessor, with a rare blend of power and finesse, fruit and complexity, acid and texture.
Aged for 22 months in 100% French oak barrels, 725 cases were produced.
