Planted on 0.25 ha just in front of the buildings of the domaine, across RN 74. This plot was previously planted to Pinot Noir until 2006, when Olivier decided to replant with 100% Chardonnay.
Partially “massale” selection from old vines of the Coteaux de l’Arlot.
Whole-cluster, wild yeast fermentation in barrel (no new oak) for 4 months. Further aged for 12 months in barrel; 4 months in stainless steel tank; No fining but some filtration.
