From "Sand" vineyard located around the village of MagrÃ¨. This site sits at an altitude of 230 meters (750 feet) elevation. It contains gravelly, sandy soil with a high content of dolomitic limestone. It is in a warm mesoclimate with large diurnal shifts.
Vinification: soft crushing and pressing of the grapes, spontaneous fermentation (approximately 15 days) and malolatic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Aging takes place over 12 months, half in 225 liter oak barrels (French oak - Allier and Nevers, up to 30% new ), and the other half in stainless steel tanks.
