VINEYARD: Wairau Valley of Marlborough. Petit Clos, translated from French to mean ‘small enclosed vineyard’, describing this young vine site. Soil composed of Greywacke river stone, Broadbridge & Wither clays.

FERMENTATION:Stainless Steel.

AGING: On fine lees for about 3 months with occasional stirring.
