Foxen's most fruit-forward Pinot Noir. The majority of the grapes for this bottling comes from the Pommard clone block at Foxen's Block 8-Bien Nacido Vineyard. The fruit is whole berry destemmed into open top fermenters with a 2-5 day pre-fermentation cold soak. The wine is bottled after ten months in second-year French oak barrels. (5000 cs)
