VINEYARDS Fruit sourced from 4 different vineyards in Willamette Valley stretching from Chehalem Mountain down to Eola-Amity Hills. 2016 was the earliest harvest in Willamette Valley in over 40 years.

VINIFICATION AND AGING 30% whole cluster, native yeast fermentation. Aged for 11 months in 15% new French oak and 85% neutral French oak. 5.9 g/L total acidity.
