VARIETAL: 100% Lambrusco di Sorbara FERMENTATION: Maceration on the skins occurs at low temperature for a period ranging between 5 and 7 days. Following fermentation and aging on the lees for at least 3 months.

Second fermentation, ‘Pris de Mousse’, takes place through natural in-bottle fermentation is followed by aging for 6 months.
