Domaine de Beaurenard covers 32 ha of organically and biodynamically (certified Ecocert and Demeter) farmed land in Châteauneuf-du-Pape. The vineyard produces extremely low yields of 25 hl/ha.

Hand-picked and hand-sorted grapes are destemmed, partially crushed and co-fermented for 15 to 31 days with periodic punch downs. The wine is transferred to 30 hl oak foudres and 80 hl truncated-cone-shaped vats for 9 to 18 months in barrel (5% new). (6500 cs)
