Domaine de Beaurenard

VARIETAL COMPOSITION:30% Clairette, 20% Grenache Blanc, 25% Bourboulenc, 22% Roussane and three per cent Picpoul and Picardan.

HARVEST: Hand picked, pneumatic press.

FERMENTATION: Fermented at a controlled temperature of 18-20°C.

AGING: In vats and oak barrels (10-20%). Bottled early, 5-6 months post harvest.

FUN FACT:White wines only make up seven per cent of the AOC's output.
Beaurenard uses bio-dynamic practices in the vineyard.
