The palate has immense freshness, length and chalky minerals. Delivers a long, sizzling grapefruit, dried pineapple and lemon finish, that's gently toasty. Superb. Disgorged July 2016. VARIETY: 100% Chardonnay

VINEYARDS: A blend of the best Grands Crus sites of the Côte des Blancs: Chouilly for its finesse, Avize for its power and Mesnil-sur-Oger for its structure and longevity.

VINIFICATION: 70% of the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation followed by 8-9 years of aging with 15% of the blend fermented in barriques.
