"Composed of Sauvignon Blanc, Sauvignon Musque and a splash of Semillon, the 2015 Sauvignon Blanc is scented of white peaches, grapefruit and lemon curd with touches of honeycomb, elderflower and a waft of wild thyme. Medium-bodied with a lovely satiny texture, the palate features a great intensity of gorgeous honeyed stone fruit flavors and a wicked acid backbone, giving lift to the long finish."

It will be interesting to see if the 2015 softens with a little more time in bottle, or if it remains chiseled in feel, as it is today."
