"70% pinot noir and 30% chardonnay, a small parcel (10%) has seen old wood. A complex Champagne, the nose starts out with polished, toasted woody aromas, and hints of fresh mushroom, too. The palate delivers smooth lemon and peach fruits amid layers of spicy fresh field mushroom. Quite savory, dried lemon peel finish. Drink now."
