100% Tinto Fino/Tempranillo

VINEYARD: Vineyard is located 1.5 km north of Duero River at around 2,000-3,000 ft elevation. Farming practices are sustainable and planted on clay and limestone soils. 

WINEMAKING: Clusters are carefully selected and cold macerated for 2-3 days before a cool fermentation takes place. An extended maceration takes place for about a week after fermentation completes, to extract more phenolics. 

AGING: Wine is aged 4 months in large, neutral casks (85% French and 15% American).
