VINEYARDS Fruit selected from a single vineyard: A Regueira vineyard located in Vilamartin, just 1 km north of the Sil river, within the Valdeorras appellation. Vines are 25+ years old and are grown at high elevations, about 1,530 feet.
VINIFICATION AND AGING Cold soak occurs for about 10 hours until a slow alcoholic fermentation begins. Zero malolactic fermentation. Wine spends 60 days on lees and is 100% unoaked.
