100% Chardonnay from select Sonoma Coast vineyards.
WINEMAKING 100% whole-cluster pressed. The juice is settled for 24 hours before being raked into small French Oak barrels, of which 20% are new barrels. Once primary fermentation is completed, natural malolactic fermentation progresses with 50% of the lots until a perfect balance of acidity is achieved. The wine is then aged in French Oak barrels for a total of 10 months before bottling.
