VINEYARD Grapes are produced in the Municipality of Mezzane di Sotto. Vines are between 10-15 years old and Guyot and Pergola trained. Vineyards are located 200-300 meters about sea level.
SOIL Sandy, silty with white skeletal limestone
VINIFICATION AND AGING Brief cold maceration followed by natural draining. Non-malolactic, controlled fermentation at 12-13°C in stainless steel. Weekly bâtonnage and cold stabilization. Aged in stainless steel. 8 g/L residual sugar.
