FERMENTATION: The grapes are harvested around October. The wine is then fermented in stainless steel tanks for about 3 weeks, partially aged in Slavonian barrels. The wine goes through full malolactic fermentation.

AGING: Final ageing occurs in 25 hl. oak barrels and 1 year in bottle before the release.
