Vineyard: 200 meters above sea level; South-southwest facing with clay soils

Maceration and fermentation lasts about 30 days in open-top Slovenian oak vats. Malolactic fermentation and subsequent aging partly in barriques and partly in Slovenian oak vats for about 18 months. Final aging in concrete vats followed by racking and bottling without filtering.
