VINEYARD Around the San Valentino, Spoltore and Alanno districts. 150-300 meters sea level (450-900 ft). South / South-West exposure. Medium clay soil. 25-35 year-old vines.

VINIFICATION Harvest end of August, beginning of September. Soft-pressed and decanted at low temperature. Stainless steel tank fermentation and ageing. Bottled from mid-January.
