VARIETAL A selection of the finest white grapes, predominantly Chardonnay.
VINEYARDS Predominately Chardonnay grapes. All fruit is harvested once Chardonnay reaches prime maturity so every variety can be processed together. Fruit coming off of the Castel Ringberg vineyard in Alto Adige DOC.
VINIFICATION AND AGING All fruit is crushed and pressed together and then co-fermented in French oak barriques. Partial malolactic fermentation occurs. Wine is then aged for 10 months on lees in French oak barriques. It is then bottle aged for 6 months.
