VINEYARD Produced using hand-harvested fruit from carefully selected vineyards in the Anderson Valley.
VINIFICATION Grapes undergo a 15-day total maceration in open top tanks with 5% whole cluster, native yeast and malolactic fermentations. Fruit is aged 10 months in oak barrels (11% new).
