VINEYARD Fruit selected from vineyards throughout the Sonoma Coast appellation. All hand harvested.

VINIFICATION AND AGING 5% whole cluster. 15 day maceration in open top tanks. Goes through native yeast alcoholic fermentation and malolactic fermentation. Sur lie for 10 months. Aged for 10 months in 11% new oak barrels. Bottled unfined.
