VINEYARD Chenin Blanc has a long and storied history on Prichard Hill. Back in the 1960s when Molly and Donn purchased the property, some of the land was planted to Chenin Blanc vines. These vines were then replanted in 2004 and since Molly loves Chenin Blanc, it was reintroduced.
VINIFICATION The wine is fermented in a combination of neutral French oak barrels, stainless steel barrels and tanks, and a Nomblot concrete egg.
