VINEYARD: Montebello, Argenina in Chianti. Clay loam and limestone rock soils.

VINIFICATION: Native yeast, cap management via punchdowns. Maceration on the skins for 3 to 5 weeks. 

AGING: About 24 months in French Oak Casks and Barriques.
